90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand fully behind every Metabolae Ceylon Cinnamon order. You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a refund — no lengthy forms, no runaround. If you don't feel a genuine difference in your energy, daily balance, or overall well-being, we will refund every cent.

Less than 1% of our customers ever claim this guarantee — because the formula genuinely works when taken consistently. But if it isn't right for you, we will make it right.

How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number.
2. Briefly describe the issue — one sentence is enough.
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No Return Required
You do not need to return your Metabolae bottles to receive a full refund — even empty bottles qualify. We trust our customers completely. Keep the product and we will still process your refund in full.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost. You do not need to return the item.

Important Notice Regarding Chargebacks
We are a real, responsive team committed to resolving every issue quickly and fairly. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, we strongly require that you contact us first at support@clickcraftventures.net.

We respond to all emails within 1–2 business days and do everything in our power to ensure every customer is satisfied — whether that means a full refund, a replacement, or another solution tailored to your situation. Filing a chargeback before contacting us prevents us from resolving your issue directly, which is almost always faster and easier for you.

Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed with full evidence including our refund policy, order confirmation, and delivery records. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback filed without first attempting resolution through our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 90 days after the confirmed delivery date.
- Items showing clear signs of intentional misuse or tampering beyond normal use.
